Shipping policy

Address Accuracy:

We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the exact address entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we'll be happy to reship once the corrected address is provided. A small $5 re-shipping fee will apply to cover postage. Alternatively, you may request a refund, minus the original shipping costs.

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping:

• We use USPS for all shipments.
• Delivery takes 3-7 business days.
• Standard Shipping is FREE. Insured Express Shipping with tracking number is available for $4.99.

Shipping Details:

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes; a physical address is required.
• You can track your order using the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
