At Rootivia bio, we're confident in what we make and want you to shop with peace of mind. First-time customers are covered by our 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee — if it's not right for you, we'll make it right.
30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee (First-Time Orders Only)
Not happy with your first purchase? We'll refund you in full within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.
This guarantee covers single-unit, first-time purchases only. It does not apply to:
- Subscription renewals
- Bundle promotions (Buy 2 Get 1 Free, Buy 3 Get 2 Free, etc.)
- Repeat orders of the same product
- Misuse or abuse of our return policy
To request a refund, email rootiviabio@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Just include your order number and a quick note about why you're returning.
Promotional Orders (Buy 2 Get 1 Free / Buy 3 Get 2 Free)
Bundle deals are heavily discounted and reserved for customers who are ready to commit. Because of this, these orders are not eligible for refunds unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Subscription Orders
You're in control — cancel or pause anytime through your customer portal or by reaching out to us directly.
Please note: refunds are not issued for subscription renewals that have already shipped. To avoid being billed for an upcoming cycle, make sure to manage your subscription before the next billing date.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Check your order when it arrives. If something is wrong — damaged, defective, or not what you ordered — contact us within 7 days of delivery at rootiviabio@gmail.com and we'll sort it out right away.
General Returns (Unused Products Only)
Changed your mind? If the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
- If the error was on our end (wrong item, damaged, defective), we cover return shipping and issue a full refund.
- If you're returning for personal reasons, return shipping is on you, and you'll have two options:
- Refund to your original payment method — minus a $5 restocking/shipping fee
- Full store credit — 100% back, no deductions
Refunds and credits are processed once we receive and inspect the return. Expect your refund or credit within 10 business days of approval.
EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
EU residents have the right to cancel or return any order within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Final Sale Items
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Opened or used products
- Free items received through promotions or giveaways
Abuse & Fraud Policy
We take policy abuse seriously. Customers who submit fraudulent claims, manipulate our return system, or show repeated patterns of misuse may be denied future refunds and purchases.
